Indulge in la dolce vita with an Aperol Spritz—the quintessential Italian aperitivo 

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Prosecco

• 2 oz Aperol

• 1 oz soda water

• Ice

• Orange slice for garnish

Instructions:

• Fill a wine glass with ice.

• Pour in the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol.

• Top with a splash of soda water and stir gently.

• Garnish with an orange slice.

Sip while you picture gliding across Lake Como, past grand villas and cypress-lined shores.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• 3/4 oz simple syrup

• 1 egg white

• Angostura bitters

• Ice

Instructions:

• Combine Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.

• Shake vigorously without ice to froth the egg white.

• Add ice and shake again until chilled.

• Strain into a glass and garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.

Instructions:

• Combine white rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
